So after messing up my last blog and not really using it I decided to recreate it. So here we are now. When I started this blog it was the start of my college experience and now I'm coming back to the new blog done with my first year of college. In a way I feel like I am newish and maybe improved?? Looking back on it I guess I have changed just like this blog. I have learned quite a few lessons, made a few friends, went from small town to city and really found myself. Things in life that you value really changes. In high school I worried about what horrid thing I would have to run at practice (I still love running) and I was more concerned with what I was going to wear to homecoming. Now I value: Church at 8 at night, sleep and laundry money.
I really saw how much I've grown up when I attended a good friends wedding. I remember passing notes in the hall and now I go and see her married. It really hit my while waiting for the wedding to start how much we've all grown up. I always knew that my friends would start to move on and marry (sometimes each other) but I couldn't fathom that day. That day has come! This year I watch three of my friends grow up and get married (I'm gonna feel really old when the start having their own kids).
So the basis of this post is how I've grown and how I feel we all have grown. I sit back and think about the memories from middle school to high school and now college. We've had some really good times together and now we have a chance to expand our lives and create memories. On a final note this just makes me feel old ;)!!

Listen to you all grown up and wise sounding. Quoting Albus Dumbledore is always a good way to start something new. I'm so excited to see where God takes you in life. You're so special to me!
